Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Structura ("Structura", "the Service") is operated by Metadev S.L., a company incorporated in Spain, registered office in Bormujos, Sevilla, Spain, company number ES-B90289463 ("we", "us"). By creating a Structura account or connecting an MCP client to Structura, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to the Privacy Policy. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us for the Service and do not incorporate any other Metadev policy.

2. The Service

Structura lets you design domain models and generate code and documents from them, through (a) the Structura web application, (b) the Structura MCP server at https://mcp.structura.tools, and (c) related APIs and tools. We may change, add or remove features over time.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) and, if acting for an organisation, authorised to bind it. You access the Service with your own account and OAuth 2.1 credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken autonomously by an agent or automation you connect. Keep your credentials and access tokens confidential; do not share, resell or transfer them or connector access.

4. Permitted use

The Service is offered for commercial use and for programmatic, API and agent-driven use, including automated coding agents. There is no personal- or non-commercial-only restriction. Team and organisational use is permitted.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

abuse the Service or bypass rate limits, quotas, authentication or access controls;
disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts or data;
use the Service to build or populate a competing catalogue or dataset of our generators, templates or schemas, or reverse-engineer the generators beyond what applicable law permits;
resell, sublicense or offer the Service to third parties as a standalone product without a written agreement with us;
submit unlawful, infringing or malicious content, or use the Service for unlawful purposes;
remove proprietary notices that a generator's licence requires in its output.

6. Rate limits, quotas and paid tiers

Low-cost operations (listing, loading, querying and summarising models) are available within fair use. Expensive operations (code and document generation, export) are metered and may be subject to quotas, rate limits or paid tiers. We may rate-limit, throttle, queue or suspend access to protect the Service or respond to abuse.

7. Your content and your output

You retain all rights in the domain models and configuration you provide ("Your Content"). As between you and us, you own the code and documents the Service generates from Your Content ("Output"), subject to the licences of any third-party templates or libraries a generator includes, which we document per generator. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit Your Content and Output solely to operate, secure and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell Your Content or Output and do not claim ownership of them in any way.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, user interface, the MCP server, the generators and their templates, and the Structura name and logo, is owned by Metadev S.L. and protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted here, we reserve all rights. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage statistics to operate and improve the Service.

9. Generated output — no warranty

Output is provided "as is". Generation is deterministic from Your Content, but we do not warrant that Output is complete, secure, non-infringing or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing Output before using it, especially in production. Paid, custom or supported generators may carry additional warranties, stated explicitly for those generators.

10. Service availability

Free use of the Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no service-level guarantee. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practical.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, abuse, risk to the Service or other users, or legal requirement — with notice where reasonably possible, immediately where necessary. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting the connector in your client and/or deleting your account. On termination, the licences in section 7 end, except as needed for backups, security and legal compliance for the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 EUR. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence), and statutory rights of consumers are unaffected.

13. Indemnity

No special clause provision. Applicable law in Spain.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version at https://structura.tools/legal/terms with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, note them on the Structura documentation and the connector landing page. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The courts of Seville, Spain have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that give a consumer the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
